The house is single story laid out over 3000 sq feet. The main living area is divided into two, one part with a cathedral ceiling and this also encompasses the kitchen area. This is inter-connected via an arch to the open plan hall/dining/ sitting room.

Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, sink and tumble drier and access to the garage.

The master bedroom at the front of the house includes a large bathroom with separate toilet, shower, bath, walk-in cupboard and a king size bed. There is also a desk and internet connection for those who want to keep in touch.

There is a second large bedroom at the back of the house with double bed and its own bathroom/toilet. Two further bedrooms, both with twin beds share a third bathroom. The two main bedrooms and living area overlook the large kidney shaped pool and the lake.

All rooms are equipped to the highest standards and reflect the fact that the home is regularly used by the Owners and is not a “buy to let” home. The house is, of course, air conditioned throughout.

English clients will feel at home thanks to such items as egg cups, egg spoons, a teapot and even a toast rack! Bikes and roller blades can be found in the garage. Other equipment includes a small George Forman Grille, wine fridge, coffee maker and juice squeezer.
