You can book our house directly through Universal Vacations on their website www.univacs.com. Our house reference is BW1951. Or you can call them directly . In the UK - freephone 0800 652 7795, Toll free in USA 1 866 845 5226. All the prices and availability can be found on the website. Universal have an office nearby in Naples at 2800 Davis Boulevard, Suite 106 , where Mandy Wellsby is the Manager. She knows both the town and our home well.
All bookings to be accompanied by a 50% deposit with the remainder paid seven days prior to arrival in Naples. Sorry no credit cards. Payment by cheque or Paypal.
The house is registered with Collier County for a maximum of 8 people (including infants). It is against the law for more than 8 people to sleep in the house.
Absolutely no smoking in the house although you may smoke poolside.
Unlike properties you may rent in other areas, many of the nearby Briarwood homes are the primary residence of the occupiers. So please respect that noise levels around the pool which should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
The owners are not responsible for any injuries caused by the use of such equipment as bikes, roller blades etc.
